Beginning in April 2021, the EPC Camp Fire Payment Processor sent Payment Election Forms to eligible victims and began issuing payments.
Upload Payment Election Form
If you received a Payment Election Form and would like to upload your signed and completed form and/or photo identification, please click "Upload Payment Election Form" in the header above. You can upload the form to the secure web portal by using the Unique ID and PIN found on the top of the Payment Election Form letter.
Complete Preliminary Payment Election Form
To receive your Preliminary Payment, you can complete a Preliminary Payment Election Form via a secure web portal. Please click "Complete Preliminary Payment Election Form" in the header above to visit the secure web portal and enter your Unique ID and PIN as provided. Once you have logged in, you will be able to see more details about your Preliminary Payment.
Complete Pro Rata Payment Election Form
To receive your Pro Rata Payment, you can complete a Pro Rata Payment Election Form via a secure web portal. Please click "Complete Pro Rata Payment Election Form" in the header above to visit the secure web portal and enter your Unique ID and PIN as provided. Once you have logged in, you will be able to see more details about your Pro Rata Payment.
